Ethos is a London expert network that matches professionals with real industry experience — law, finance, medicine, engineering, consulting and more — to paid expert calls, consulting engagements, market research, AI training projects and fractional or full-time roles. The door is a profile rather than a job application: Ethos's AI, with human review, evaluates and matches experts, and an AI voice screen may be part of the process. It also publishes a small number of concrete opportunities on its own site.

How screening works
Create an account and an expert profile, then verify your identity with a government ID, a live selfie and a biometric facial check before taking part in any project. Ethos uses AI tools alongside human review to evaluate, screen, rank and match experts, and may invite you to a short AI voice screen. You can accept or decline any project it presents. Its expert terms state that it makes no representation about the frequency, quantity or availability of opportunities.
Who fits best
Practitioners with several years of real industry experience whose knowledge is worth paying for by the hour — lawyers, clinicians, finance and consulting professionals, engineers and researchers. Its own opportunity pages ask for several years of experience in the field. Where you can be paid is decided by Ethos; it publishes no country list.
