What the work involves

You will build and critique decks the way you would for a real pipeline review or a client pitch, except the first draft comes from a model. A typical task looks like: read a scenario brief (a partnership proposal, a QBR, an enterprise renewal case), write the gold-standard deck yourself, then compare the model's attempt against it and write up precisely where the logic breaks. Other tasks reverse the order — you receive a model-generated deck and score it on storyline coherence, horizontal and vertical logic, action-titled slides, exhibit choice, and whether a busy executive could act on page one alone.

The written rationale matters as much as the artifact. Saying a deck is "unstructured" is worthless to the lab; saying that slides 4 through 7 each restate the same claim with different data, so the horizontal flow has no argumentative progression, is a training signal. Expect to produce real PowerPoint output, not outlines — exhibit construction, consistent formatting, and slide-level craft are part of the deliverable.
