The work

You will review sample borrower questions, flag prompts that do not resemble real inquiries, and assess AI-generated answers about federal student loans. Day-to-day tasks include drafting evaluation rubrics, checking answers for inaccurate or outdated guidance, identifying missing details, and writing concise feedback for the project team.

What micro1 screens for

The screening focuses on direct borrower-advising experience and practical command of federal repayment strategies, income-driven repayment (IDR) plans, Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), deferment, forbearance, default resolution, and loan servicing challenges. Candidates should be able to distinguish technically correct information from guidance that is incomplete, ambiguous, poorly framed for borrowers, or no longer current. Experience developing guidance documents, rubrics, training materials, or similar resources is preferred. No AI experience is required.
