This contract role applies senior property-claims expertise to the evaluation and improvement of AI systems. The work centers on flood, wildfire and other real-property losses, with an emphasis on accurate causation analysis, coverage application and restoration scoping.
Day to day, you may review photographs, inspection notes, policy language and contractor estimates submitted digitally. Deliverables can include coverage determinations, estimate reviews, Xactimate-based scope assessments and concise reports explaining methodology, findings and supporting evidence.
The screening is likely to test whether you can substantiate your claims background with specific files, responsibilities and outcomes. Expect follow-up on Xactimate practices, restoration costing, complex-loss documentation, flood and wildfire causation, policy interpretation and the judgment required to distinguish a defensible estimate from an incomplete or inflated one. No prior AI experience is required.
The role is global-remote, structured as an independent contractor engagement and listed at approximately 10 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible, including weekends, and digitally submitted work is suited to asynchronous completion, with coordinator contact for requirements and feedback. The platform listing reports the following observed band; project volume and placement are not guaranteed.
Pay band: $20–60/hr
