The work
You will examine real shipment evidence, including air waybills, origin and destination cargo photos, delivery records and disputed proof-of-delivery images. Typical tasks include reconstructing custody, checking compliance with release rules, identifying documentation gaps and writing concise liability determinations supported by the available evidence.
What the screening assesses
micro1 is looking for claims professionals who can explain how they distinguish documented facts from assumptions. Screening is likely to test domain depth in air cargo, ground handling or parcel carrier claims, along with your ability to interpret freight records, evaluate photographic evidence and defend a decision when the evidence is incomplete or conflicting. Experience contributing to claims audits or process improvements is a plus, and prior AI experience is not required.
Logistics
This is a remote contractor role designed for independent work. Assignments and schedules may vary with project needs, and typical weekly hours are not disclosed in the listing.
Pay band: $20–60/hr
