The work
You will review pairs of AI-generated videos made from the same prompt, select the stronger result and explain the decision in concise dailies-style language. Evaluations cover lighting and grade, framing and composition, camera movement, lens direction, texture and physical realism, shot continuity, editing, acting and dialogue delivery. You will also verify whether each video follows requested details such as a particular shot size, lens, camera move or performance direction.
What the screening emphasizes
The platform is looking for professional or graduate experience in an eligible film, theater, animation, VFX, camera, post-production, performance or AV quality discipline. Screening is likely to test whether you can identify visible defects precisely, distinguish prompt adherence from overall polish, compare close alternatives and defend a judgment under follow-up. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in a second dubbing language is a strong plus: French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean or Hindi.
Calibration and logistics
The work includes calibration rounds with other raters, applying shared guidelines consistently and flagging prompts or instructions that are genuinely ambiguous. You must have access to a good quality display and headphones, and be able to work reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays. The listing does not specify whether the engagement is remote, fully asynchronous or tied to set working hours beyond that weekday commitment.
This is described as ongoing W-2 employment through Cincinnatus LLC, or an appropriate international entity, with placement as part of an AI lab's extended workforce. Pay band: $70–100/hr
