Day-to-day work

You will review generated footage frame by frame, identify temporal instability, compositing seams, spill, implausible physics and missing micro detail, then turn those findings into precise, actionable notes. You will also help define quality standards and an artifact taxonomy covering multi-layer integration, simulation, previs and concept work.

The work includes finding or creating difficult benchmark examples, testing early model capabilities against them and comparing generated outputs with professional references. You may also vet and calibrate human reviewers, refine evaluation templates and check that captions accurately describe VFX, physics and preproduction details.

What the platform screens for

Expect verification of at least seven years of professional experience, credits on at least two professional films and depth in one or more qualifying VFX, CG, previs or visual development roles. Screening is also likely to test whether you can diagnose a shot under follow-up, distinguish severe defects from minor polish issues, explain how you have used generative tools and write notes that another reviewer can apply consistently.
