The work
You would review generated scenes much as you would review dailies, identifying failures in performance, staging, screen direction and continuity. Day-to-day work may include writing actionable notes, defining failure taxonomies, curating difficult dramatic benchmarks, testing model outputs and refining captions or evaluation templates.
What the platform screens for
The screen is likely to verify at least seven years of relevant professional experience, credits on two or more professional films and a qualifying background in directing, assistant directing, animation supervision, script supervision, performance capture or acting instruction. Expect follow-up questions about micro expressions, emotional beats, blocking, the 180-degree rule, eyelines and continuity, plus concrete examples of using tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Sora or Kling.
Evaluation judgment
Strong candidates can separate performance problems from staging, continuity and generation artifacts, then explain the evidence for each judgment in production-ready language. The work also involves selecting useful benchmark material, calibrating reviewers and deciding when an output is merely imperfect versus misleading or unusable for evaluation.
Logistics
This is a W-2 position with Cincinnatus LLC, with possible placement at a leading AI lab as part of its extended workforce. The expected commitment is approximately 40 hours per week during weekdays; the listing does not specify whether the work is remote or asynchronous. Reliable access to a 4K display is preferred but not stated as required.
