The work
You would review adult inpatient medical records, including clinical notes and raw FHIR data, to support AI training. Day-to-day work includes checking whether claims are supported by the record, evaluating HPI, PMH, medication reconciliation, social history, assessments and plans, and identifying missing or inconsistent details such as renal or hepatic dose adjustments, drug interactions and age-appropriate care.
What the screening is likely to assess
The platform will look for verifiable hospitalist experience, command of inpatient documentation and the ability to explain clinical judgments under follow-up. Expect scenarios involving admissions, progress notes, transitions of care and discharge documentation, along with questions about applying review guidelines consistently when a record is incomplete or internally contradictory. Experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, medical coding or quality assurance is useful but listed only as a plus.
Logistics
This is a United States-based remote contractor role. The listing does not state whether work is fully asynchronous or specify typical weekly hours, so candidates should be prepared to give concrete availability and clarify scheduling expectations during screening.
Pay band: $80–125/hr
