The work

You will review adult inpatient clinical notes, FHIR data, and related records used to train AI systems. Typical tasks include checking whether clinical claims are supported by the chart, identifying missing or conflicting information, and evaluating HPI, past medical history, medication reconciliation, social history, assessments, and plans. Reviews may also require attention to renal or hepatic dose adjustment, drug interactions, and age-appropriate care.

What the platform screens for

The screening is likely to test whether you can explain recent hospitalist work with verifiable detail, navigate admission through discharge workflows, and apply review criteria consistently. Preferred qualifications include at least five years of hospitalist experience, an MD or DO, board certification in Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine with a Hospital Medicine focused practice designation, and current or recent inpatient hospitalist experience within the last two years. Experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding and quality assurance is a plus.
