The work

You will turn realistic scientific or engineering work into structured AI training tasks grounded in professional practice in Spain. Day to day, that means building workspaces and supporting files, writing prompts, assembling quantitative or data-heavy problems, and defining grading rubrics that distinguish correct, incomplete and misleading outputs.

What the screen is likely to assess

Expect verification of your scientific or engineering background, degree and years of experience. The platform may also probe whether you can explain technical decisions precisely, work through quantitative evidence, identify errors in an AI response and translate expert judgment into grading criteria. Native or fluent in Spanish is required, including the ability to write technically accurate prompts and documentation.

Working format

The role is remote and the expected commitment is about 21 hours per week. The pilot is listed as running from Oct 23 to Nov 19. The listing does not state whether those hours can be completed fully asynchronously, so candidates should be ready to clarify scheduling and turnaround expectations during screening.
