Partner with micro1 to collect workplace video showing employees completing varied, hands-on tasks for AI training. This remote contractor project is for business owners or operators in LATAM, the United States, or Canada who have at least two participating employees.

The work

Your business will collect videos of normal work taking place in its usual environment. Participating employees use their own compatible iPhone or Android phone to record varied, hands-on activities, such as repair, construction, fabrication, logistics, maintenance, food preparation, or property services. Each participating employee must be able to record at least 10 hours weekly, and highly repetitive or assembly-line work is not a fit.

What micro1 screens for

The screening focuses on whether you own or help run an eligible business, have at least two employees who can participate, and can provide useful task variety. You should be ready to describe specific workflows, explain how you will obtain employee consent and workplace recording permission, and confirm that sensitive information can be kept out of recordings.
