The work

You will turn real procurement workflows into difficult, multi-step evaluation tasks. Day-to-day deliverables may include supplier scorecards, weighted bid evaluations, vendor risk analyses and contract or SLA reviews, supported by materials such as RFP responses, pricing schedules, contracts, reports and risk assessments.

What micro1 screens for

The role-specific AI interview will test whether you have directly owned procurement, sourcing, supplier assessment or vendor management work. Expect follow-up questions about how you define evaluation criteria, reconcile evidence across contracts and spreadsheets, distinguish judgment from lookup, and identify tasks that are ambiguous or cannot be graded consistently. Prior AI or LLM evaluation experience is preferred but not required, and CIPS, CPSM or an equivalent certification is a plus rather than a requirement.

Working arrangement

This is a fully remote contractor role with no geographic restrictions. Tasks are estimated at approximately 10 hours each, but no weekly volume or fixed schedule is stated. The work is task-based and appears suited to asynchronous delivery, although the listing does not guarantee fully asynchronous work. English is required at B2 minimum, with C1 preferred.
