The work

You will turn real operational workflows into benchmark tasks for AI systems. Day to day, that means writing clear multi-step instructions, creating or sourcing spreadsheets and process documents, and designing tasks that require careful judgment rather than simple lookup. Assignments may cover operations reporting, process design, workflow management, SOPs, QA checks and service-level standards.

The role-specific AI interview is intended to verify direct ownership of operations work, depth under follow-up and the ability to distinguish a difficult task from an ambiguous one.
