The work

You will complete realistic paralegal tasks involving document review, legal research, citation verification, and document preparation. Day to day, that means comparing information across multiple documents, recording the reasoning behind decisions, applying detailed review protocols, and flagging ambiguity or issues that require attorney judgment. You may also review other contributors’ work for accuracy and consistency.

What the screening measures

micro1 screens for at least five years of hands-on paralegal experience in litigation, corporate, or regulatory practice, including direct work with document review, legal research, and citation verification. Expect follow-up questions about consequential filings, research attorneys relied on, large document reviews, protocol-based decisions, and your approach to escalation. Strong written and verbal English is required. Experience with legal data projects, e-discovery platforms, structured review protocols, or AI and LLM evaluation is helpful but not required.

Practical details
