The work
You will translate real legal and compliance workflows into difficult, multi-step evaluation tasks. Day to day, that may involve drafting instructions, creating or sourcing agreements, policies, regulatory texts and diligence files, then defining grading criteria that qualified reviewers can apply consistently. Tasks should require careful reading and professional judgment rather than simple factual lookup.
What the screening assesses
The AI interview is designed to verify direct responsibility for contract review, due diligence, regulatory compliance or risk work. Expect follow-up questions about how you resolve inconsistencies across documents, distinguish material issues from minor defects, build structured review standards and identify tasks that are too ambiguous to grade objectively. Prior AI or LLM evaluation experience is preferred but not required. Strong English is required, with B2 minimum and C1 preferred.
Practical details
This is a fully remote, global contractor role with no geographic restrictions. Work is project based and paid per approved task, with each task typically requiring approximately 10 hours. Delivery is largely asynchronous, but contributors must meet agreed schedules and revise work when approval feedback identifies quality or grading issues.
Pay band: $45–90/hr
