The work

You will translate real FP&A, corporate finance, valuation, forecasting, and financial modeling workflows into realistic AI evaluation tasks. Day-to-day work includes creating business context, financial data, reference documents, working files, task instructions, professional deliverables, and objective evaluation criteria. You will use agentic AI tools to develop materials, then independently inspect the outputs for financial accuracy, internal consistency, and usability.

What the screening examines

The AI interview is likely to test whether you have personally owned substantive finance work and can explain specific models under follow-up. Expect questions about model architecture, assumptions, valuation methods, forecasting logic, quality controls, and how you would distinguish a polished-looking output from a financially correct one. You should also be ready to describe substantive work completed with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork, since general chatbot use does not meet the stated requirement.
