You work inside Photoshop on your own Windows PC, carrying out image-editing tasks the way a practising retoucher or designer actually would, while capturing the screen so the full sequence of steps is legible. Depending on the batch, that can mean executing a specified brief end to end (masking, frequency separation, compositing, colour work, batch export), narrating why you chose one tool path over another, or reviewing an AI-generated attempt and marking where it misused a layer mask, adjustment layer, smart object or blend mode.

The evidence matters as much as the result. Tasks are judged on whether the capture shows a coherent, reproducible workflow — panels visible, layer stack readable, settings dialogs caught before they close — not on whether a final JPEG looks nice. Vague gestures at "I just eyeballed it" tend to fail review even when the image is fine.
