The work
You will review sample questions for realism, define what correct and complete responses should contain, and assess AI-generated answers against those standards. Day-to-day tasks include identifying missing referrals, incorrect eligibility guidance, outdated information, weak next steps, and language that would not help a real caller.
What the platform screens for
The screening focuses on verifiable experience answering government services questions in a 211, information and referral, or benefits navigation setting. Expect follow-up on your public-contact volume, benefits knowledge, referral judgment, and ability to write precise rubrics and feedback. No AI experience is required.
Relevant experience
Experience with crisis intervention, needs assessment, community resource databases, or creating guides, scripts, and training materials is preferred but not required. Experience helping rural and Spanish-speaking communities is also preferred.
Logistics
This is a US-based, remote contractor project conducted asynchronously. It is short term, requires a quick start, and calls for a commitment of 10-20 hours/week.
Pay band: $30–40/hr
