The work
Passport Acceptance Agents review sample questions to determine whether they reflect what real applicants ask at a passport counter. Day to day, contractors write answer rubrics, assess AI-generated responses, and identify incorrect, incomplete, or outdated guidance involving forms, fees, processing options, identity and citizenship evidence, photo requirements, minors, renewals, and replacement passports.
What the screening assesses
micro1 is looking for current or recent passport acceptance experience in a post office, county clerk's office, library, or similar setting, plus at least one year helping the public with passport applications. The screen is likely to test whether you can recall specific procedures, distinguish between application pathways, identify consequential omissions, and explain a decision in clear written language. No AI experience is required.
