The work

You will evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving air defense, missile systems, naval weapons, or tactical aviation. Day-to-day tasks include checking weapons-employment decisions, mission procedures, technical assumptions, and tactical logic, then documenting inaccuracies or unrealistic conclusions in clear written feedback. Reviews also consider alignment with Rules of Engagement and the Law of Armed Conflict.

What the screening examines

Expect the screening to verify your firsthand operator experience and the systems or mission areas in which you worked. It may test whether you can distinguish a technical error from a missing assumption, assess operational decisions in context, and explain corrections without relying on unsupported or protected details. Experience with Patriot, THAAD, Aegis, NASAMS, or comparable military weapons platforms is highly desirable. Operational deployments, live-fire experience, or service as a weapons instructor are preferred but not required.

Logistics

This is a remote contractor role. The listing does not specify typical weekly hours, fixed working windows, project duration, or whether every part of the workflow is asynchronous, so candidates should confirm those details during screening.
