The work
You will assess Turkish text generated by an LLM for accuracy, fluency, grammar, syntax, style and cultural appropriateness. Day-to-day tasks may include reviewing translations and summaries, correcting dialogue, rewriting unnatural passages, annotating grammatical or semantic features and documenting recurring model failures.
What the screening focuses on
Mercor is looking for native or near-native fluency in Turkish and professional experience in Turkish translation, editing, linguistic annotation or NLP data work. Screening is likely to test whether you can explain subtle errors precisely, distinguish acceptable variation from genuine mistakes and turn an evaluation into feedback that AI researchers can use.
Working arrangements
The project is remote and suited to candidates who have worked in distributed teams. The listing does not specify a weekly hour range, fixed schedule or whether all work is asynchronous, so candidates should be ready to state their actual availability and clarify scheduling expectations during screening.
Pay band: $50/hr
