The work

You will review real-world technical materials such as mechanical installation drawings, millwright documentation, specialty trade plans, field diagrams, inspection sketches and site layouts. Assignments may also involve pest control layouts, textile production schematics or stage lighting plots, depending on your professional specialty. Day to day, you will identify errors or ambiguities, assess alignment with industry practice and answer document-based questions with technical justification.

What the platform screens for

The screening is likely to focus on whether you can substantiate at least seven years of industrial trades experience and discuss specific projects under follow-up questioning. You should be prepared to interpret a drawing or schematic, distinguish a genuine safety or constructability issue from a drafting preference, and explain your reasoning for both technical and non-technical readers. Journeyman or licensure status is strongly preferred, while experience creating training or reference materials is a nice-to-have.
