The work

You will review real flight operations materials, including instrument approach plates, flight plans, NOTAMs, weather packages, and operational manuals. Typical tasks include briefing procedures, finding hazards or ambiguities, checking materials for accuracy and regulatory compliance, and explaining findings from a captain's or dispatcher's perspective.

What the screening emphasizes

The platform is likely to verify your operational history and ask detailed follow-ups about instrument approaches, flight planning, and documentation review. Expect scenarios that test how you distinguish a material safety or compliance issue from a minor documentation problem, with reference to Part 121, Part 135, and ICAO standards where applicable. Prior AI experience is not required.
