The work

This contract supports an AI training initiative through practical SaaS operations scenarios. You will assess CRM configuration choices, design workflows, weigh integration tradeoffs and determine which operational policy should take precedence. You may also investigate duplicates, mismatched figures and inconsistent definitions across CRM, quoting, billing, ticketing or project-tracking systems.
