The work

You will work through realistic SaaS revenue operations scenarios and explain the reasoning behind your decisions. Day-to-day subject matter includes CRM data models, process design, configuration tradeoffs, billing or CPQ integrations, ticketing and project-tracking workflows, lifecycle states, duplicate records and inconsistent metric definitions.

Judgment under constraints

The work tests how you resolve conflicting operational policies, decide which rule takes precedence and identify what should remain unchanged. You may also need to design workflows around approvals, access controls and audit requirements, trace data problems to their root causes and flag scenarios that cannot be resolved safely without more information.

Screening
