The work
Licensed psychiatrists review AI-generated responses to realistic psychiatric cases. Day-to-day tasks include checking differential diagnoses, treatment reasoning, psychopharmacology considerations and risk management, then documenting specific errors and explaining what a licensed psychiatrist would do instead. Some contributors may also write clinical vignettes and reference responses.
What the platform screens for
AfterQuery verifies an MD or DO from a US institution, an active US medical license (full or training license), and current psychiatry practice or training in the US. The review also assesses whether your clinical reasoning is precise enough for another psychiatrist to follow. Clear written English is required. Experience with psychopharmacology, risk assessment, emergency or inpatient psychiatry, teaching residents, or writing clinical or board-review content is preferred rather than required.
Evaluation judgment
Strong reviewers distinguish a dangerous error from a defensible difference in clinical approach. They can identify missing information, calibrate conclusions to the evidence in the case, and explain how medication safety, comorbidity, disposition and follow-up affect an answer's quality.
Logistics
This is an independent-contractor project scheduled for three weeks, starting this month. Work is fully remote and asynchronous, with no fixed hours, screen recording, keystroke monitoring or idle timers. The listing gives no typical weekly commitment, and contributors may work around their clinical schedules. Payment is weekly through Stripe after onboarding, which includes ID verification, a contractor agreement and platform access.
Pay band: $125/hr
