The work
You will review de-identified patient charts and compare two AI-generated responses to clinical neurology questions. Each task involves selecting the stronger response, assessing clinical accuracy, safety, completeness and clarity, then writing a structured rationale and flagging errors that could compromise patient safety.
The screen
Mercor uses a 25-minute conversational interview to examine your training, current practice, post-training experience and motivation for evaluating health AI. Expect follow-up questions that test whether you can support clinical judgments with chart evidence, distinguish material errors from stylistic weaknesses and explain how current standards of care apply. Credential verification covers your medical degree, residency and any required fellowship, board certification, license status and current US practice setting.
Practical details
The project is remote, hourly and designed for flexible part-time participation, with an immediate start listed. The listing does not provide a typical weekly hour range or confirm that every part of the workflow is asynchronous.
