The work

You will review de-identified patient charts and evaluate AI answers to critical care questions. Day-to-day tasks include comparing two responses against the chart, selecting the stronger response, writing a structured rationale and flagging errors that could compromise patient safety. Reviews consider clinical accuracy, completeness, clarity and alignment with current standards of care.

What Mercor screens for

The application includes a resume review and a 25-minute conversational interview covering your training, current clinical work, experience and motivation. Expect credential verification for your MD or DO degree, active unrestricted US medical license, Critical Care Medicine board certification, completed training and current US practice. The screening may also test whether you can identify chart-supported facts, distinguish minor omissions from consequential safety failures and explain a clinical ranking concisely.
