The work
You will review de-identified patient charts, assess AI answers to nephrology questions and compare two responses to determine which is stronger. Each evaluation requires a structured rationale addressing clinical rigor, completeness and clarity, along with explicit identification of errors that could compromise patient safety.
What Mercor screens for
The screening process verifies your MD or DO degree, nephrology board certification, active unrestricted US medical license, completed training and current US practice. A 25-minute conversational interview covers your clinical background, experience and motivation, with follow-up questions likely to test whether you can apply nephrology standards to specific chart evidence rather than answer in generalities.
Logistics
The project is remote, hourly and designed for flexible part-time participation, with an immediate start. The listing does not specify whether the workflow is fully asynchronous or provide typical weekly hours; candidates should be ready to state realistic availability during screening and confirm scheduling details during onboarding.
