The work
Contractors create realistic military and federal reports from prompts and supplied artifacts. Assignments may include Weekly Activity Reports (WARs), Situation Reports (SITREPs), After-Action Reviews (AARs), executive summaries, decision briefs, memoranda, action officer updates, PowerPoint materials and spreadsheets.
Evaluation responsibilities
You will develop standards-aligned reference answers, write grading rubrics and evaluate AI-generated documents. Reviews may require written and verbal feedback on factual grounding, structure, terminology, compliance and fitness for the intended audience. Contributors also explain stylistic differences among branches and compare reasonable approaches to the same reporting task.
What the platform screens for
The screening is likely to ask for verifiable examples of military or federal documentation you have produced or reviewed. Expect follow-up questions about how you distinguish document types, extract facts from source material, avoid unsupported claims, apply reporting standards and make grading decisions when more than one format could be acceptable. Prior AI experience is not required.
Logistics
This is a remote contractor role limited to contributors based in the United States. The listing does not state typical weekly hours or confirm that all work is asynchronous, so candidates should be ready to describe their availability for independent assignments and remote collaboration.
Pay band: $40–80/hr
