The work
You will review CRM exports, emails, support tickets, chat logs and accounting records containing dozens or hundreds of individual PII decisions. Day to day, that means confirming, rejecting, adding and typing identifiers, clustering references to the same person or organization, catching information automated detection missed and avoiding false positives. Reviewers check completed work before delivery.
What the screening emphasizes
The platform is likely to verify your prior AI labelling, response rating or AI-output QA experience through concrete examples and follow-up questions. Expect judgment tests covering direct and indirect identifiers, entity clustering, ambiguous cases, guideline changes and the distinction between escalating uncertainty and guessing. Excellent written English is required. Familiarity with PII or privacy concepts, medical record de-identification, copy-editing, paralegal work or structured business data is preferred rather than required.
Working expectations
This is a remote, asynchronous contract for US-based contributors with reliable internet and a quiet, focused workspace. You must commit 30+ hours per week and treat it as your main project. Task data must be handled entirely without AI assistance, and ambiguous cases should be raised in the project channel.
Project structure
The project is intended to run long term, although continued work is not guaranteed. Guidelines may change several times a week, so contributors are expected to check the version in force each working day and apply reviewer feedback across related tasks. Strong writers may be considered for reviewer responsibilities.
Pay band: $45–55/hr
