The work

You will turn legal work as practised in mainland China into structured AI training exercises. Day-to-day tasks include building realistic workspaces and files, writing prompts, preparing reference materials and creating grading rubrics that distinguish legally sound work from incomplete or unsupported answers.

What the platform screens for

The screening is likely to verify at least five years of legal practice, a degree from a top-20 university in mainland China and passage of the PRC National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Exam. Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese is required. Expect follow-up questions on the PRC Civil Code and your experience in at least one of company, contract or employment law, along with scenarios testing whether you can translate professional judgment into clear evaluation criteria.
