The work
You will design realistic AI training tasks based on human resources work in mainland China. Day to day, this includes building workspaces and supporting files, writing prompts in Mandarin Chinese, and creating grading rubrics that distinguish accurate professional work from incomplete or unsafe responses.
What the screen covers
The platform is likely to verify your HR background and probe your knowledge of the PRC Labor Contract Law, the social insurance and housing fund system, and Chinese payroll practice. Expect follow-up questions that require concrete examples, jurisdiction-aware reasoning and clear criteria for evaluating an AI agent's output. Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese is required, as is a degree from a top-20 university in mainland China.
Logistics
The role is remote and structured as an hourly pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19. The expected commitment is about 21 hours per week, with much of the task creation and evaluation work suited to asynchronous completion.
Pay band: $60/hr
