The work

Geopolitical Risk Advisors support AI training and evaluation projects by developing realistic, unclassified scenarios and reviewing content about geopolitical developments, international security, and foreign policy. Day-to-day tasks may include checking factual accuracy, testing strategic reasoning, identifying overlooked risks, and explaining why a recommendation is or is not supported by the available evidence.

What the screen assesses

micro1 uses an AI interview during the application process. Candidates should be ready to describe specific geopolitical or security assessments they have produced, defend analytical judgments under follow-up, distinguish evidence from assumptions, and explain how they communicate uncertainty. Relevant professional backgrounds may include foreign policy, national security strategy, international security, geopolitical risk analysis, or related institutional and advisory work.
