What the work involves
You will develop scenarios grounded in federal agency workflows, then write clear reference answers and documentation that show how an experienced analyst would approach them. Assignments may draw on policy analysis, program planning, decision memos, executive briefings, program evaluations, performance measurement, strategic planning, and after-action reporting.
Review and evaluation
You will also assess scenarios and deliverables produced by other contributors. The platform is likely to screen for concrete federal experience, familiarity with agency planning and reporting practices, and the judgment to identify unrealistic assumptions, unsupported conclusions, weak performance measures, or advice that would not work in an actual federal setting. No prior AI experience is required.
Practical details
This is a remote contractor role with asynchronous collaboration. The listing does not specify typical weekly hours or a fixed schedule, so candidates should be ready to state their realistic availability and any scheduling constraints.
Pay band: $60–80/hr
