What the work involves

This is a single-session micro-task, not an ongoing engagement. You receive a short script and a step-by-step recording guide, read the script aloud in your own voice, and upload the file through the platform's submission link. Most contributors finish in under 15 minutes including setup. The recording is used as training or evaluation data for speech systems, which means the target is a natural Latvian-influenced English accent — the value of the sample lies in it being genuinely yours.

Accent authenticity. Screeners look for a real Latvian-influenced English accent formed by growing up with or living extensively in Latvian. Imitated accents are rejected and typically end the relationship with the platform.
