What the work involves

You work inside Inventor Professional on real modelling tasks — part features, parametric sketches, assembly constraints, iLogic or parameter-driven variants, drawing views and annotation, sheet metal or frame generator workflows — and capture what you do as screenshots and structured written steps. The output is a record of expert workflow: what you clicked, why that feature order and not another, where the model would break if a dimension changed. Some assignments ask you to review a model or an AI-generated procedure and mark where it goes wrong, which means naming the specific failure — a sketch under-constrained, a reference that would break on rebuild, a drawing view that violates the projection standard — rather than giving a general impression.

What the platform screens for

Hands-on Inventor use, not CAD-adjacent familiarity. Screens probe the details that only daily users carry: the difference between adaptive parts and flexible assemblies, when a derived component beats a link, how you fix a top-level assembly that won't constrain.
