The work
You will turn real agricultural workflows into realistic problems for AI systems. Day-to-day assignments may involve yield records, input costs, grain settlements, farm budgets, and the spreadsheets used to manage or analyze those figures. You will also review model responses and identify calculation errors, unsupported assumptions, and conclusions that would not hold up in professional practice.
What the screening emphasizes
The platform is looking for at least five years of professional experience as a farm manager, agronomist, agricultural lender, or in a similar role, plus a bachelor's degree or higher. Screening is likely to test whether you can describe specific work you have performed, explain spreadsheet logic under follow-up, and evaluate agricultural outputs using sound professional judgment. Strong written English is required. Experience spanning multiple crops, regions, or operation sizes is preferred, as is farm lending or grain marketing experience and a Certified Crop Adviser or similar credential.
