You act as the domain authority behind AI-built travel and event tools. That means writing the discovery parameters an AI builder should ask about before it produces anything — routes, party sizes, vendor scopes, budget ceilings — and defining the guardrails that stop it from producing a plausible-looking itinerary with a broken connection or an unfunded deposit. Much of the day is spent inside spreadsheet-style artifacts: checking that a per-person split reconciles, that milestone payment dates precede vendor cutoffs, that validation dropdowns constrain inputs the way a real event tracker would, and that contingency is modeled as a line item rather than assumed away.

The other half is review and sign-off. You read AI-generated outputs against professional standards — travel agency, DMC, and event execution practice — and decide whether they would survive contact with a client. Where they fail, you are expected to say precisely why and what the correct logic is, not simply mark it wrong.
