What the work involves

You will build and critique psychiatric case content that an AI system learns from. In practice that means drafting complex clinical vignettes — presenting complaint, history, mental status exam, differential, risk assessment, treatment plan — and then judging model-generated responses to similar material against how psychiatry is actually practised with Tagalog-speaking patients. A large share of tasks are bilingual: writing or checking that a Tagalog rendering of a psychiatric concept is clinically faithful rather than merely a literal translation, and flagging where an English-trained model imports assumptions that do not hold in Philippine clinical settings (idioms of distress, family involvement in decision-making, somatic presentation of depression, stigma around psychotic illness, access realities of local mental health services).

What the platform screens for

micro1's screening is AI-led and credential-first. Expect verification of medical degree, completed psychiatry residency and an active licence, then a conversational interview that pushes on clinical depth — you may be asked to reason through a case aloud and then defend your differential under follow-up. Tagalog fluency is tested directly, including clinical register rather than conversational Tagalog. The second thing they measure is evaluation judgment: whether you can say why a model answer is wrong and how wrong it is, instead of simply rewriting it. Prior AI experience is explicitly not required.
