The work

You will turn realistic scientific or engineering assignments into AI training tasks grounded in professional practice in mainland China. Day-to-day work includes building workspaces and supporting files, writing prompts, creating grading rubrics and evaluating whether AI agents produce technically sound results.

What the platform screens for

The screening focuses on at least 5 years of research or industry experience as a scientist or engineer, a degree from a top-20 university in mainland China and native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Expect follow-up questions about concrete technical projects, quantitative methods, documentation practices and how you would distinguish a plausible answer from a correct, complete and well-supported one. A master's or PhD is a plus, not a stated requirement.

Logistics

The role is remote and listed at about 21 hours per week. The pilot is scheduled from Oct 23 to Nov 19, and the listing does not specify whether working hours are fully asynchronous.
