The work
You will record scripts in Spanish (Mexico) for AI voice training, then edit and deliver polished audio to the required technical standard. Day-to-day work includes interpreting conversational and emotional direction, maintaining consistent pronunciation and sound quality, checking files against detailed guidelines and coordinating revisions with project managers or technical teams. Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico) is required.
What the screen covers
The platform screens for proven voice acting work, control across emotions and character nuances, and the ability to explain concrete recording and editing decisions. The technical interview includes a live script reading and emotional performance using your actual recording setup, so expect follow-up questions about your room treatment, microphone chain, software and quality-control process. A portfolio or demo reel is required, while prior AI voice data or linguistics work is preferred rather than mandatory.
Setup and schedule
This is a remote contract requiring a quiet, acoustically treated recording space, professional equipment and audio editing software. The listing requires at least 20 hours of recording work per week and consistent deadline management. Recording and editing are completed remotely, but the listing does not promise a fully asynchronous schedule, and live participation is required for the technical interview.
Pay band: $20–65/hr
