The work

You will design realistic, difficult mobile coding tasks using repositories suited to your expertise. Day to day, this means defining problems involving subtle bugs, non-trivial features, application state, lifecycle behavior, refactoring, or performance, then packaging each problem in a reproducible environment and providing a golden reference solution.

What the platform screens for

The screening is likely to focus on concrete examples of complex mobile work, your ability to explain architecture and debugging decisions under follow-up, and your judgment when designing deterministic verifiers. Strong candidates can distinguish valid implementation differences from incomplete, hard-coded, or behaviorally incorrect solutions.

Preferred technical background

Preferred qualifications include significant hands-on expertise in at least one track: TypeScript or JavaScript with React Native, Dart with Flutter, Swift with SwiftUI or UIKit, or Kotlin with Jetpack Compose or the Android View system. The role also prefers deep knowledge of mobile architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, application lifecycle, complex debugging, and performance improvement.

Logistics

This is a remote contractor role at roughly 15 hours per week. Compensation is output-based, with payment tied to tasks that meet project specifications, and minimum weekly submission requirements are provided during onboarding. The listing does not specify whether collaboration is fully async, and selected experts are expected to begin their first tasks within 24–48 hours after onboarding.

Pay band: $50–100/hr
