The work
You would test AI outputs against defined requirements, design and execute test scenarios, and document defects or inconsistencies. Day-to-day work may also include labeling data, analyzing model predictions, identifying recurring failure patterns, maintaining evaluation records, and recommending changes to improve data quality or model performance.
What the screening is likely to assess
The platform will look for concrete software QA experience, especially test planning, defect reporting, requirements interpretation, and clear written evidence. Experience with data labeling, annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or model evaluation is preferred, but prior AI experience is not required. English proficiency at B2 level or above is preferred for collaboration and reporting.
Working arrangement
This is a remote contractor opportunity. The listing does not specify typical weekly hours, project duration, time-zone coverage, or whether the work is fully asynchronous, so candidates should be ready to state their availability clearly and confirm scheduling details during the process.
