The work
This contract role centers on creating realistic, multi-step legal tasks and evaluating how AI systems respond. Day-to-day assignments may involve contract drafting and review, legal research, case analysis, discovery support, compliance assessments, client advisory memos, and reviews of statutes, case law, contracts, or fact patterns.
Deliverables and tools
You will write, review, and refine legal training content, then score outputs for accuracy, issue identification, risk analysis, reasoning, and appropriate conclusions. Work products may include memos, briefs, tracked-change redlines, document comparisons, summaries, presentations, and trackers created with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.
What the platform screens for
The screening is likely to test whether you can describe verifiable legal experience, explain your reasoning under follow-up, and distinguish polished prose from legally sound analysis. Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific matters or workflows without disclosing confidential information, demonstrate professional written and verbal English, and show how they provide clear, consistent feedback on AI-generated legal content.
Logistics
This is a remote contractor role. The listing does not state whether work is fully asynchronous, how assignments are scheduled, or what typical weekly hours are available, so candidates should give realistic availability and ask how deadlines and task volume are managed.
Pay band: $25–40/hr
