The work

You will turn representative German legal work into structured AI training exercises. Day to day, that means building realistic workspaces and source files, writing prompts, defining expected outputs and creating grading rubrics that distinguish legally sound work from plausible but incorrect analysis.

What the screening covers

The platform is looking for at least five years of legal practice and fully qualified German lawyers (Volljuristen) with deep knowledge of BGB, HGB, GmbHG and German court procedure. Expect follow-up questions about specific matters you have handled, how you would identify controlling legal issues and how you would grade an AI response when the conclusion is plausible but its authority, procedure or reasoning is defective. The stated language requirement is: Native or fluent in German. A degree from a top-20 university in Germany is also required.

Logistics

The role is remote and scoped at about 21 hours per week. The listing describes an hourly pilot running from Oct 23 to Nov 19, but does not specify the year or whether work is fully asynchronous, so candidates should confirm the current schedule and any required overlap directly with the platform.
