The work
You will review inpatient medical records for an AI training project, including raw FHIR data and clinical notes. Day-to-day tasks include checking whether clinical statements and claims are supported, examining HPI, PMH, assessments and plans, and identifying missing, incorrect or internally inconsistent information.
What the platform screens for
The screen is likely to test whether you can cite specific evidence from a chart, distinguish unsupported content from reasonable clinical inference, and apply a written rubric consistently. An MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Hospital Medicine is preferred, as is current or recent inpatient or hospitalist experience within the last two years. Experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, medical coding or QA is a plus, as is work across different inpatient services or specialties.
Practical details
This is a remote contractor engagement. The listing does not specify whether work is asynchronous, how many hours are typically available or whether there are fixed coverage windows, so candidates should confirm scheduling and assignment volume with micro1. The platform displays an observed pay band, but work volume and compensation are not guaranteed.
Pay band: $70–100/hr
