The work

You will annotate and review office visit notes, assessments and plans, referrals, test results and care coordination records. You will also evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, completeness and appropriateness across pediatric, adult and geriatric care, including acute, chronic and preventive medicine.

What the screening is likely to assess

Expect questions that test whether you can apply evidence-based guidance to specific cases, identify unsafe or unsupported model conclusions and explain ambiguous documentation. The platform may also ask for verifiable details about your MD degree, U.S. medical licence and hands-on family medicine or primary care experience. Prior annotation or clinical review experience is helpful but not required, and no previous AI experience is required.

Logistics

This is a remote contractor role for physicians based in the United States. Work includes written review as well as written and verbal collaboration with project stakeholders. The listing does not state whether scheduling is fully asynchronous, how many hours are typically available or whether there are fixed meeting windows, so candidates should confirm those points during onboarding.

Pay band: $100–120/hr
