The work

Day to day, you would design challenging electrical engineering tasks, write reference solutions, review model-generated answers, and document technical errors. Reviews may cover circuit analysis, analog and mixed-signal design, RF, PCB design, power systems, power electronics, signal processing, embedded systems, and controls. You would also build rubrics and work with other subject matter experts to keep evaluations consistent.

What the screen is likely to test

Expect detailed follow-up on engineering work you personally owned, such as circuit or board bring-up, simulation, power-system specification, design review, validation, or production release. The screen will also look for practical command of relevant engineering tools and standards, evidence of progression toward senior or lead responsibility, professional use of large language models, and the ability to identify plausible but technically unsound reasoning.
